Allstate Age Discrimination Suit Settled for $4.5 Million - Kentucky Age Discrimination Lawyer

An age discrimination suit against the insurance company, Allstate, has been settled for $4.5 million.  Approximately 90 employees were involved in the lawsuit.  The lawsuit arose from a reorganization in 1999 in which Allstate aimed to move sales agents to independent contractors.
