Call center employees for National General Insurance Company have filed a class action lawsuit for unpaid overtime.  They claim that they were not paid for time they worked prior to booting up their computer and logging onto the company's computer system, time they worked each shift after logging off the company's computer system and time they spent reading requiring materials off the clock.  The lead plaintiff is Rhonda Jackson, and the suit was filed in the federal district court for the Middle District of North Carolina in Durham, North Carolina.
