Cleanup Workers Seek Unpaid Overtime Compensation

Cleanup workers at the BP oil well disaster in the Gulf of Mexico have filed suit in federal court in New Orleans seeking unpaid overtime compensation. They claim that they were misclassified as independent contractors.
