A bus driver repeatedly warned his company about brake problems on his bus; those warnings were ignored, the driver being told to continue on and "take it easy." The bus's brakes did fail and, as a result, a fatal bus crash occurred near Yucapai, California according to lawsuits filed on behalf of the families of some of the persons killed in bus crash and a number of those injured.
