A class action age discrimination suit claims that IBM has engaged in "notorious and open practices which disfavor older workers and favor, explicitly, younger members of the labor market."  A key element to the suits is an advertisement IBM ran demanding applicants with college graduation dates of 2010 or later.  The plaintiffs, who worked for IBM in New York and Florida, seek class action status for the case.
