Kroger Managers Seek Unpaid Overtime in Class Action Suit

Managers at Kroger's grocery stores have filed a class action lawsuit claiming that they have been misclassified as exempt from overtime.  The employees claim that they exercise little, if any, managerial discretion and that more than 80% of their time is spent doing the same type of work as the hourly employees that they supposedly supervise.

You can click Gillum v. Kroger Company, Eastern District of Virginia to review the class action complaint for overtime by the Kroger managers.
