Misclassification of employees as exempt from overtime is a common violation of both federal and Kentucky state overtime laws.  The failure to pay employees that work through what are supposed to be legally-mandated meal and/or rest breaks is another common violation.

If you have not been paid the overtime you have earned and are owed, contact Lexington, Kentucky overtime lawyer Robert Abell at 859-254-7076.
