Numerous safety violations have led to $200,000 in OSHA-imposed fines against a Wisconsin power company following a worker's electrocution. North Central Power of Grantsburg, Wisconsin, was cited for failing to follow safety procedures and provide the worker with appropriate safety equipment including insulated gloves.
