Sex Discrimination Suit by Female Sales Reps Against Novartis Settled for $152 Million

A class action sex discrimination lawsuit on behalf of female sales reps of the pharma giant, Novartis, has been settled for $152 million.  The settlement remains subject to approval by the presiding judge and affects about 5,600 current and former sales persons.
