Whistleblower Suit Filed by Fired Respiratory Therapist

A whistleblower lawsuit claiming wrongful termination has been filed by a respiratory therapist.  Kristina Laney, a 22 year employee, reported that Lee Memorial Hospital was using mislabeled tracheal intubation tubes in its neo-natal unit and, as a result, she was wrongfully terminated, her lawsuit claims.

William Amlong, a very distinguished and accomplished employment lawyer in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, represents Laney.
