The family of a Richmond, Virginia woman killed when she was hit while walking on the sidewalk by a car driven by a hotel valet has filed a wrongful death lawsuit seeking $12 million in damages and $365,000 in punitive damages.  Josephine Varnier Stone was hit by 2007 BMW driven by a hotel valet, who was on the way to park the hotel guest's car in a parking garage. The suit alleges negligence, gross negligence and recklessness as basis for liability for the tragic and wrongful death.
