A: Temporary total disability (TTD) benefits are income benefits paid to an employee that has suffered a work injury that causes them to miss work. Under Kentucky workers compensation law TTD benefits payable to an injured employee are usually but not always equal to 2/3 or 66.6% of the injured worker's average weekly wage.
How many days of work do I have to miss before I start getting TTD benefits?
