Are Insurance Adjusters Entitled to Overtime Compensation?

The California Supreme Court will decide whether insurance adjusters are entitled to overtime compensation under California law in three cases before it, Harris v. Liberty Mutual Insurance Company, Hodge v. Aon Insurance Services and Pelligrino v. Robert Half International. Although the case just raises an issue of California law, it will be influential as to whether insurance adjusters employed in other states are entitled to overtime compensation.
