Overtime Suit For Busdrivers Advances - Kentucky Overtime Lawyer

An overtime lawsuit by busdrivers claiming that they were not paid for time spent on training, cleaning busses and voluntary field trips, in addition to their regular driving duties, will proceed to trial.  A federal judge has also ruled that whether the drivers' employer, First Student, Inc., a Cincinnati-based company, acted in good faith will be decided by a jury.
