Retaliation Protections for Employees Considered by Supreme Court

The federal Fair Labor Standards Act protects employees from retaliation for complaining of overtime pay violations. The Supreme Court is considering whether the protected complaints must be in writing or if an oral complaint is also protected.  The case is Kasten v. Saint-Gobain Performance Plastics.
