Settlement in Dick's Sporting Goods Wages & Overtime Case

The class action lawsuit against Dick's Sporting Goods seeking wages and overtime compensation for employees that worked off the clock and through their breaks has been settled tentatively.  The company will pay around $15 million to current and former employees in unpaid wages and overtime.
