The Supreme Court today reinstated the pregnancy discrimination suit of Peggy Young against her former employer, UPS.  The ruling was 6-3 and the opinion authored by Justice Stephen Breyer, Young v UPS.  Salon reports: Supreme Court Rules Pregnant Women Can Be Protected from Workplace Discrimination.
