Walmart has asked the Supreme Court's help in getting itself out of a $151 million judgment in an unpaid wages and overtime case from Pennsylvant reports the Philadelphia Inquirer, Walmart Wants Supreme Court to Overturn Pennsylavania's Wage Case

Walmart seeks a reprise of its success in Walmart v Dukes, where it got the Supreme Court to breakup a nation-wide class action suit charging gender discrimination at Walmart facilities across the country.
