American icon and investor Warren Buffett discussed several steps that could be taken to reduce income inequality including raising the minimum wage to $15 per hour, a move he acknowledged would be counterproductive and cost too many jobs. Mr. Buffett did endorse raising the minimum wage to $10.10 per hour as suggested by President Obama. He also suggested expanding the Earned Income Tax Credit as perhaps a better way to increase the spending money available to low wage-earners.
