The Injured Workers' Rights to Benefits and Medical Treatment under Kentucky Workers Compensation Law

When somebody is injured or hurt while on the job it triggers both rights to benefits and medical treatment but also creates obligations -- that is, things they have to do -- to assure that they don't lose the rights to these benefits.  From temporary total disability to permanent partial disability benefits, Kentucky workers compensation law creates a series of complicated steps for an injured worker.
