To directly answer the question: there is no specific time limit under Kentucky law in which someone involved in a wreck, collision or accident has to see a doctor about their injuries. Obviously, a person should see a doctor when they have a need. It is sometimes the case that people don't immediately recognize the extent of their injury, or don't want to recognize the extent of their injury, or think that it might be better after a day or two and don't go immediately to see a doctor like they probably should.

One down side in delaying seeing a doctor after being injured in an accident is that it can provide grounds for the insurance company to argue that the injury was not caused by the accident but by something else.

The bottom line: use good judgment, do what you need to do to take care of yourself and your family and see a doctor about your injuries when you need to.
