A sexual harassment lawsuit against Lowe's on behalf of three employees, a woman and two men, has been settled for $1.7 million.  The sexual harassment, which went on for more than six months and included verbal and physical abuse, ended in a sexual assault of the female employee by a store manager, who propositioned her in reference to a recent promotion she had received.  The three employees were fired when they complained about the sexual harassment.

Robert L. Abell, a Lexington, Kentucky lawyer, represents individuals in sexual harassment cases.
