A Boston-area family has sued a truck company over a fatal accident that killed a bicyclist. Alex Motseginos was killed last August when struck by an 18-wheel dump trailer. The driver of the trailer, according to the suit, has 26 traffic violations since 1982, a fact that the suit claims should have alerted the trucking company that he was a dangerous driver.
