A disability discirmination lawsuit has been filed against K-Mart charging it unlawfully fired a greeter that used a cane to help him stand and walk.  The lawsuit charges that K-Mart violated the Americans With Disabilities Act by refusing to allow the greeter to use his cane to walk.  The lawsuit seeks recovery of back pay, compensatory damages and punitive damages.
