An epileptic proved that he was "regarded as" disabled by his employer and fired in violation of the Americans With Disablities Act. The jury's verdict awarding him $475,000 was upheld recently by the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals in Finan v. Good Earth Tools, Inc.
