A gender discrimination suit has been filed against JPMorgan Chase, which claims that it discriminated against women by paying them less than men and created a sexually hostile work environment. The suit claims that the bank made it harder for women to earn commissions and bonuses. It also accuses the bank of verbally harassing women. The EEOC filed the suit on behalf of Aimee Doneyhue in federal court in Columbus, Ohio.
