Working through and during meal breaks that are off the clock and unpaid are the focus of another class action lawsuit for unpaid overtime compensation. Employees who regularly worked through their meal breaks or had their meal breaks interrupted by work duties have filed class action lawsuits against five Massachusetts health care systems.
