A police officer subjected to sexual harassment and physically injured by a serial sexual harasser has settled her lawsuit for $230,000.

The police officer, Pilar Ortiz-Buckley, claimed that the city's public works supervisor, whom she characterized as a "serial sexual harasser," subjected her to salicious remarks and grabbed her in a break room, injuring her back and making it impossible for her to wear her necessary police belt and equipment.  The police officer was employed by the Atherton, California police department.
