Claiming that she has been subjected to sexual-harassment for several years and that she was retaliated against Ricci followed procedures and reported the wrongful conduct, Houston firefighter Jane Draycott has filed suit against the city. Her suit, says the Houston Chronicle, presents a "disturbing lawsuit that should never have come to pass." The paper further observes as follows: "The heart of the problem is an ingrained culture that will take more than money to fix."
