An administrative assistant claims in a lawsuit that she was fired by her employer, a hospital, in retaliation that she be paid overtime for the time she worked each week beyond 40 hours.  Ann-Marie Reardon claims that she regularly worked more than 40 hours a week as an admnistrative assistant for Massachusetts General Hospital.  Two days after she told her supervisor that the hospital was breaking the law by not paying her overtime, she was fired after nine years of employment.
