Families of four workers killed in a grain elevator explosion in northeast Kansas last year have filed wrongful death lawsuits against employees of the company, Bartlett Grain Company, following an OSHA finding that the explosion was the result of safety violations.  An OSHA report in April cited five willful and eight serious violations as contributing to the explosion.
