What medical expenses are covered by no-fault benefits?

The medical expenses reasonably incurred for needed treatment, products, service and accommodations arising from a car wreck or other vehicle accident are covered by no-fault benefits. There is a presumption under Kentucky law that any medical bill submitted is reasonable.
