Eradicating sex discrimination in pay is the aim of the Paycheck Fairness Act, which was passed by the House last summer, according to the New York Times, "A Problem Easily Fixed."  Women are paid only 78 cents for every dollar paid men who perform the same work.

Discrimination in pay based on sex or gender violates both federal and Kentucky state law.

If you have suffered employment discrimination based on sex or gender, contact Lexington, Kentucky discrimination lawyer Robert Abell at 859-254-7076.
