A race discrimination class action suit against Humana was reinstated by a federal appeals court in a ruling issued Monday, July 2. The case is Kathryn Keys v. Humana, Inc. The appeals court reinstated the case and reversed a ruling by federal district judge Charles Simpson in Louisville that dismissed the case prior to trial.
