The United States Supreme Court will decide whether drug company sales reps are entitled to overtime pay or are exempt under the outside sales exemption.  The case is Christopher v. SmithKline Beecham. A federal appeals court ruled that the sales reps were not entitled to overtime pay and were exempt under the outside sales exemption.
