2 Year Old's Drowning Leads to $9.85 Million Verdict Against Daycare Center

The drowning of a 2 year old child at a daycare in Gwinnett County, Georgia has led to a $9.85 million verdict against the daycare center.  The wrongful death suit claimed that the daycare center negligently left the child unattended and she fell into a swimming pool and drowned.
