$2.3 Million Settlement In Bicyclist's Death
A lawsuit by the family of a bicyclist killed when a deputy sheriff fell asleep at the wheel of his patrol car and plowed into a group of bicyclists has been settled for $2.3 million. One other cyclist was killed in the accident and another badly injured.
