$3.1 Million Verdict for Drunk Driving Victim
A jury has awarded $3.1 million to a drunk driving car crash victim in Wisconsin reports the Eau Claire Leader-Telegram, "Drunk Driving Crash Victim Awarded $3.14 Million." The award included the following: $750,000 for future medical expenses; $250,000 for past and future lost earnings; $1.75 million for past and future pain, suffering, disfigurement and disability; $375,000 in punitive damages and $17,588 in out of pocket expenses.Lexington, Kentucky accident lawyer Robert L.
