$32.2 Million Verdict From Auto Crash Upheld

A $32.2 million verdict arising from an auto crash that killed three and injured seven has been upheld by the Nevada Supreme Court.  The crash happened when a tire blew out on the car.  The verdict was against Goodyear Tire; other claims arising from the accident against Ford Motor Company and a vehicle rental business were settled.
