Absent Traffic Signal Cause of Fatal Accident, Suit Claims

The failure to install a traffic light at a busy intersection was the cause of a fatal car wreck, a suit claims.  The family of Cynthia Furr, a Winthrop University professor, claims in the suit that the city of Charlotte, North Carolina and a developer, Crescent Resources, were negligent in failing to install a traffic signal at a subdivision's interesection with a main highway.
