Advertising Salespeople Sue for Overtime

Advertising salespeople for SuperMedia, the Yellow Pages company, have sued the company for overtime compensation.  The employees claim that the company did not consider their earned sales commissions in calculating their regular hourly rate and then their overtime rate. They claim that the failure to consider their sales commissions when calculating their regular pay rate and then their overtime rate violates the Fair Labor Standards Act.
