Alcohol-Fueled ATV Accident Wrongful Death Suit Settled for $2.7 Million

A wrongful death lawsuit arising from an alcohol-fueled ATV accident that killed a 19-year-old college student has been settled for $2.7 million.  The family of Jonathan Byram claimed in the lawsuit that the driver was intoxicated at the time of the accident and that he had been served alcohol continuously for several hours prior to the fatal accident.
