Auto Insurance Covers Emotional Distress Injury, Court Rules

The emotional distress and injuries suffered from witnessing a family member killed in an auto accident are covered by a State Farm auto insurance policy, a Pennsylvania court has ruled.  The court ruled that the emotional distress sustained by the surviving two brothers and father of the accident victim constituted a "bodily injury" covered by the policy.
