Bicyclist Rendered Paraplegic Settles Injury Suit

A bicyclist rendered paraplegic when struck by a tour bus has settled his bicycle accident lawsuit. John Henderson, a tri-athlete, was struck by a tour bus while riding his bicycle, thrown some 90 feet suffering numerous major injuries resulting in his hospitalization for over three months and rendering him paraplegic.  His medical bills were said to exceed $700,000 and are projected to be very substantial over the remainder of his life.
