Bicyclist's Family Settles Suit for $1.5 Million

The family of a Seattle bicyclist, Kevin Black, has settled for $1.5 million the lawsuit arising from his death in 2009 when he was struck on his bicycle by a van. The van made an illegal U-turn, struck Mr. Black on his bicycle and then ran over him.
