Chicken Plant Workers Overtime Suit Goes Forward

The suit for overtime compensation chicken plant workers at Mountaire Farms plant in Millsboro, Wisconsin will go forward a judge has ruled.  The workers acknowledge that their regular pay was based on each thousand chickens caught per crew but claim that they are entitled to an overtime premium for all hours worked over 40 in a week.
