Death From Miner's Death Suit Against Massey Energy Settled for $2.1 Million

A lawsuit that followed from the death of a coal miner at a Massey Energy mine in Boone County, West Virginia has been settled for $2.1 million.  Steven Cain was killed at Massey's Justice No. 1 mine in October 2008.
