Deputies Sue Sheriff for Unpaid Overtime

Nineteen sheriff deputies have sued  the LaPorte County (Indiana) sheriff for overtime compensation due them under the federal Fair Labor Standards Act.  The deputies were assigned to work as security at a monster truck rally and have not been paid the overtime compensation due them.
