Domino's Delivery Drivers Unpaid Wages Suit Certified As Class Action

A lawsuit by Domino's delivery drivers seeking unpaid wages has been certified as a class action and may include up to 20,000 present and former delivery drivers.  The drivers claim that Domino's did hot properly reimburse them for their automobile expenses and thus failed to pay them at least the minimum wage.  The class included in the suit could include all Domino's delivery drivers who worked in any state except New York and California from March 4, 2006, up to the present.
