A driver in Des Moines that ran a red light and killed four passengers in another car has been sued in a wrongful death lawsuit.

Driver That Ran Red Light Sued Over Fatal Accident


A driver that ran a red light, struck another car and killed its four occupants has been sued in a wrongful death lawsuit.  The driver, Eugene Snow Jr., ran the red light while driving one of this employer's trucks, Panama Transfer Inc.. The crash killed four women, the family of one, Margaret Bannister, filed the wrongful death lawsuit against Snow and against Panama Transfer, who the suit claims was negligent in maintaining and repairing its trucks.

This is a terrible, terrible car accident that killed four people as a result, according to the suit, of the driver's negligence and failure to pay attention as well as the trucking company's failure to properly maintain its trucks.
